Eithne (pronounced Eth-na) is a director and co-founder of Wires Uncrossed, a business dedicated to helping technical teams connect. The idea for the business began when she sailed a small yacht from New Zealand back to Ireland with her husband.

We are the most intelligent human race there has ever been. But our future relies on our ability to share that intelligence.

As a facilitator, trainer and coach, I help smart people to share what’s in their head and on their mind.

I teach them how to navigate the noise that gets in the way between transmitting and receiving a message. I give them the tools and confidence to say what they want to say in a way that their colleagues and customers will understand.

It’s all about speaking up and making their voice heard in a psychologically safe environment. So they can work easily with others to share knowledge, solve problems and ignite innovation.

Because good communication doesn’t happen by accident. Because poor communication costs organisations $11,000 per employee every year. Because today’s world is far too complex for one person to have all the answers to our meaningful problems.
