Laura is an experienced HR professional working across a range of industries including not for profit, Government, the education sector and professional services.
Her passion is to build and maintain effective, trusting relationships and enjoys working with organisations to find a pragmatic, practical, solution focused approach to meet their needs.
Laura has extensive HR experience across all facets of the HR profession. Whether you are looking to create your HR strategy, organisational change or need detailed support through performance management, bargaining issues or training development, then she can bring sound experience to all these areas.
Furthermore, Laura can provide support for those “not so nice” employment relationship issues by providing advice, conducting employment investigations, workplace reviews and is a trained LEADR mediator.
Laura loves to provide mentoring for managers who want to develop their own confidence and understanding of how to correct poor performance within their team, and provide coaching for managers as well as individuals who are seeking a career change or progression, or have stepped up into a new role.
Her experience is backed by a postgraduate diploma in HR Management, training from the Association of Workplace Investigators (Colorado, USA), and a Certified Organisational Coach, Level One, IECL.
